Time Warner Introduces “Start Over” for Selected Channels
Time Warner Cable introduces their new service, Start Over, today to all of their digital cable customers. I had received notification that the cable service was going to offer this service but I was eager to see how it would work.
It only replays the program that the channel is currently playing up until the end time of that program. I wanted to see if you could fast forward through commercials or parts of the program that you were not interested in but Start Over does not allow you to do so.
Pretty nifty if you forget to dvr something but you’ll have to make it to your tv before the show ends to replay it.
Current Channels that offer “Start Over” in Raleigh are:
- Boomerang - Fox Movie Channel – Noggin
-Biography – Hallmark Channel – Showtime
- Fine Living - National Geographic - TMC and Tru TV
